Desmond College are very proud to be the involved in the LCETB Wellbeing Initiative. As part of National Wellbeing Day a number of activities were provided to both staff and students in an effort to promote mindfulness. Students and staff participated in 10 at 10 where they had 10 minutes to meditate. Yoga was also provided for both staff and students along with lunchtime meditation.
