In a packed Southcourt Hotel the students pitched their business ideas to judges from industry in an effort to represent Limerick in the upcoming All Ireland Student Enterprise Finals to be held in Croke Park later this month.

Leah Barry, Aine Upton, Muireann Tobin, Sophie Bridgeman and Caoimhe Danaher came 2nd overall with business Coladh Samh whilst five third year students Alice Duffy, Hannah McMahon, Katie Hallinan, Thomas Curtin & Dylan Moloney won best overall business in the Intermediate category with their innovate product Centurions, a wallet to prevent fraud/ theft using Anti-RFID Technology.

Their teacher Mr Donal Enright received the teacher’s award on the day.
